Tell Me Thursday

It seems like every post on my blog is about one of my pets, doesn't it? Well, this time it's no different. My WW post was about my dog, Jeremy. He's entered in the "Cutest Dog Competition" and my post was a shameless plug for votes. :-) When I entered Jeremy in the contest, I was hoping he would win at least one week's competition. The $500 prize could then go to fund his hip surgery. And although it's unlikely he'll win, I haven't given up hope.

Wordless Wednesday---Repost, Sort Of

This is Jeremy, my BFF. I've entered him in the "Cutest Dog Competition" because, quite frankly, he's the cutest dog ever. :-) Ok, I think he's the cutest dog ever. I guess everyone thinks that about their dog, don't they?

Since I'm still trying to come up with the funds for his surgery, I'm hoping he'll win one of the weekly competitions. The prize is $500...that would be half the cost of the surgery. Tell Me Thursday

Jeremy is a 16 month old Golden Retriever who was rescued by my parents. After he was hit by a car, his former owners left him to lay in the yard without any medical attention. My dad would check on Jeremy and eventually convinced his owner to give him up. Originally, the idea was to foster him until he was well enough to be adopted but somehow I don't think that is going to happen. It looks like Jeremy has found his forever home.
